Game is very much like 'plinko' from the Price is Right. You drop a quarter, which runs down a metal rail on the top of the playfield from right to left.
3 pieces of the rail are mounted to a coil that when activated, pull in and drop the quarter in whatever part of the playing field it is over when the coil is activated. You activate the coil by pressing the yellow button on the center of the front of the cabinet.
Note the bonus ticket wheel in the upper left corner. There are 3 stainless 'scoops' along the playfield that your quarter can drop into, which allow you to spin the wheels for bonus tickets.

Notice the striking similarities to a pin, the vent screen in the back is the same, power box is the typical newer WPC style that uses a power cord styled for a computer, and the power switch is on the opposite side.
Note the lack of nicotine stains on the backbox 'grille', this was routed in a Chuck E Cheeses (I thought they destroyed all their games?

Wheels make it easier to move. It's pretty heavy. There's also a 2nd base with it that is wider. I have the pieces but it's broken and needs restapled and reglued.
